Working with Ken over the last 2 years has really got me focused on exercise and fitness again. The level of training and pace of development has matched my needs and included plenty of interest and variety. Ken has been flexible, working around my busy schedule and providing all the necessary equipment for training at home. The sessions are highly motivational with lots of support in areas around nutrition, general lifestyle and fitness

I am a lawyer in his mid-forties who has not succeeded in taking part in any formal exercise for years. I was therefore a little cynical as to whether Ken and his Bodyscope team would be able to pitch the training at the right level for me. However, he has always made sure that the intensity of the training has been enough to push me every week while ensuring it was always (just!) within my capabilities. He keeps the sessions interesting by introducing new equipment and variations of techniques. I have also been grateful for Ken's flexibility with timings when work has forced short term changes to my schedule His devotion to Welsh rugby is the only negative when England are struggling (!) but he has succeeded in making exercise something which if not something I actually look forward to is at least something which I don't dread; and (though I don't always admit it during the sessions) I am actually enjoying it most of the time. Best of all, the results are noticeable both by me in my general fitness level and by others in the way I look!
