I’ve been a personal trainer for 5 years and worked with lots of clients helping them get bigger and stronger. It’s been enjoyable keeping my finger on the pulse of different training protocols that help develop strength and power.
We all know that nutrition is important if we want to develop size. Have you seen videos of body builders who are eating virtually non-stop all day, and taking all manner of supplements. They are like feeding machines I’ve even heard that they get up in the middle of the night to drink protein shakes.

The upshot is if you are like me you probably end up just having a whey protein shake and maybe some creatine and that’s about it.

He’s been the Sports Nutritionist for the England Rugby Team since 2002 taking them to 2 World Cup Finals.
He also currently works with UK Athletics helping Britain’s top athletes prepare for the Olympics in 2012 and he also works with a few Premier League Footballers and England Internationals.
It’s fair to say even with my skeptical attitude the guy is kosher he is the real deal!
OK so before I would let him loose with my clients I wanted to test his sports nutrition products for myself. I therefore purchased his Fat Loss Program and his muscle gain program and I ‘road tested’ them.
I thought I knew pretty much all there was to know about fat loss, I was pretty much of the old school exercise more and eat less and you must lose weight.
