The fat loss programme includes.

1 hour consultation with the Bodyscope Head Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach

Healthy Eating Guide and current Nutrition Review. 

Winning Weight "Reclaim" Formula

An 8 week fat loss program for individuals who have tried many other weight loss programs and are fed up with lack of results. This fat loss program has been developed for clients who and want to recreate their bodies and lifestyle whilst getting away from confusing and complicated dieting.We can adapt this to include a vegetarian athlete diet.

A proven winning weight formula that transforms both your waist line, mental outlook and delivers proven weight loss results that last a lifetime.

The personal training and fat loss program includes:

Body/fitness assessment and report

Physical activity program

Proven sports nutrition program

Weekly progress review

2 x personal training sessions weekly at your location

Winning Weight "Recreate" Formula

Now this program is not for everyone, it is only for those who are truly focused on getting to their goals and becomming the best that they can be, and at Bodyscope we don’t accept just any client onto this personal training programme.

In fact acceptance to this personal training programme is by a consultation interview only and although this sounds a little harsh it allows us work only with those who are seriously driven to experience rapid and lasting change.

Our comprehensive 10 week proven personal training program is designed to reshape your waist line and lifestyle. We ensure you get to your desired goals, you are guided, supported and monitored at every stage ensuring that nothing is left to chance and the end result will be your best body. These personal training programmes require that three training sessions are performed each week using a variety of training diciplines , strength work, core conditioning, cardiovasuclar conditioning all supported with a proven sports nutrition program.

The personal training package includes:

Initial and final Body / Fitness / Nutrition assessment and report

3 x weekly personal training session at your location 

Sports Nutrition & Supplementation program

Weekly progress review

Daily activity and nutritional monitoring via leading technologies.
