Our comprehensive 10 week proven personal training program
is designed to reshape your waist line and lifestyle. We ensure you
get to your desired goals, you are guided, supported and monitored at every stage
ensuring that nothing is left to chance and the end result will be your best body. These personal training programmes require that three training sessions are performed each week using a variety of training diciplines , strength work, core conditioning, cardiovasuclar conditioning all supported with a proven sports nutrition program.
